The FLITE Team

The FLITE Team is composed of senior executives from a variety of disciplines – engineering, medicine and business – with a common theme; the transfer of technology out of the lab and into industry. It takes a lot of experience and insight to recognize something in a research lab with great potential to change the way things are built, and navigate the path from an academic laboratory into industrial production. Along the way, there are technical, legal and competitive issues that make this discipline very challenging, but rewarding.
